Nikolaos Theodorakis

Nikolaos Theodorakis is associated with a US law firm in Brussels. Nikolaos has significant experience in EU regulatory, international trade and EU competition law.

Nikolaos is an associate professor of law at the University of Oxford and a fellow at Stanford Law School, focusing on international trade and finance issues. In the past, Nikolaos taught and conducted research at the University of Cambridge, Harvard Law School and Columbia Law School. He also gained professional experience at the U.S. Committee on Capital Markets Regulation, the Kluge Center at the U.S. Library of Congress and the UK Ministry of Justice.

Nikolaos has received awards from several bodies, including the State Council of the People’s Republic of China, ESRC, British Academy and Greek Parliament. Nikolaos has been widely published and regularly receives invitations for public engagements, including guest lectures across the world, international symposia and TEDx conferences.
